Job Description

As a Lifecycle Campaign Specialist, you will support the effective use of our customer engagement platform to enhance marketing initiatives, drive customer satisfaction, and foster lasting relationships with our customers. Your role will be to execute lifecycle campaigns, conduct quality assurance testing, analyze data requirements, and monitor platform usage to optimize campaign performance.

You will work closely with the Campaign Manager to ensure campaign quality, data compliance, and platform optimization. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement campaign strategies, executing campaign workflows, and analyzing campaign results to inform future initiatives.

About This Role

  • 2+ years' experience in a CRM role with exposure to platforms like Braze, Adobe, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory); front-end development skills (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and data privacy regulations.
  • Basic project management skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate across stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a curious and agile mindset.
