We are seeking a highly skilled Lifecycle Campaign Specialist to join our Customer Engagement & Retention team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging our customer engagement platform to enhance marketing initiatives and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute lifecycle campaigns including briefing creative, copywriting, and building content within CRM platforms.
  • Conduct QA testing and ensure platform features meet standards and compliance requirements.
  • Analyse data requirements and support campaign execution aligned with platform capabilities.
  • Monitor platform usage and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide training and support to CRM users on platform best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a CRM role, with exposure to platforms like Braze, Adobe, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory); front-end development skills (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Basic project management skills with the ability to prioritise and coordinate across stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a curious and agile mindset.
