As a seasoned insurance litigation professional, you will have the opportunity to work on complex cases involving coronial inquests, liability claims, and occupational health and safety prosecutions. Our team is led by experienced practitioners who are renowned for their expertise in insurance law.

We are seeking an attorney with at least one year of post-admission experience who has a strong background in insurance litigation. You will need to be familiar with civil procedure in the Magistrates Court, County Court, and Supreme Court. Your technical skills must be excellent, and you should be able to explain complex issues to clients clearly and concisely.

The successful candidate will have a strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with clients and industry experts. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
