Job Summary

The Miller Leith Group is seeking a seasoned Store Director to lead our flagship luxury boutique in Sydney. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences, managing daily store operations, and overseeing sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Inspire, motivate, and develop a talented team to deliver outstanding customer service and elevate the in-store experience.
  • Oversee CRM and Client Engagement: Develop and implement effective strategies to build strong relationships with clients and drive loyalty.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee inventory control, staff scheduling, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Drive Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and manage budgets and financial performance.
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Design: Implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's aesthetic and market trends.
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other teams in the region and globally to align local strategies with overall brand objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in Luxury Retail: Proven experience working as a Store Manager/Director within luxury retail.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to strategize and implement effective sales and operational plans.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the business.
