Advanced Conversational Search Expert

This role involves creating sophisticated search systems to facilitate effortless extraction of insights from data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building search systems using technologies like Elasticsearch, Solr, or vector databases. They should also possess excellent communication skills, being able to articulate complex ideas to various stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced search systems for effortless insights extraction from data.
  • Manage and optimize search infrastructure, providing reasonable performance estimates.
  • Collaborate with product teams on search architecture and query performance.
  • Mentor junior team members in decision-making around search architecture.
  • Requirements:
