Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, and contributing to the overall success of our club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive customer experience
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current RSA and RCG Competency, with a desire to continue learning and developing skills
  • Availability and flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays
