We are seeking a Front of House Staff Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a front of house position and be able to provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and deliver accurate food orders
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front of house position is essential
  • Friendly and courteous attitude
  • Knowledge of dietaries (e.g. coeliac)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We work with a range of clients in the Northern NSW area who are often needing casual front of house staff for various events. The nature of work varies so you must be happy to work on a casual/when required basis. You will join the Beaumont People talent pool and be contacted when work becomes available.
