
Holiday Park Customer Service Representative

This exciting role is an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service when taking bookings, during check-in or check-out, and addressing guest requests or complaints.
- Use the Newbook reservation system to process all reservations.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Perform routine front office duties.
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments such as grounds, housekeeping, and cafe.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can deliver exceptional customer service and work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
- A natural ability and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience within a front office environment is preferred.
- Computer and Microsoft Office experience.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- A down-to-earth team player with a high level of initiative.
- Loves a challenge and can work in a high-pressure environment with proven ability to balance customer service and completing set tasks.
- Flexibility & Reliability are must-haves.
- Driver's Licence.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
