About the Job

We are seeking two individuals to support our Worker Services team on full-time, fixed-term contracts of 4 months and 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prompt and accurate payment of accounts
  • Efficient registration of claims and notifications
  • Effective management of customer claims administration, mail, phone enquiries and file management
  • Maintaining high KPI performance in a timely manner
  • Active participation in ongoing projects under management
About You
  • A Business Administration Certificate is essential for this role
  • Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Office applications
  • You should be a team player with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Professional phone manner with clear verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning
  • Organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
