Home Support Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality in-home support services to our valued customers. As a Home Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our customers to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
  • Supporting customers with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light household cleaning, and laundry
  • Accompanying customers to social events, appointments, and medical procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate/CPR
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
