Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be working with individuals with disabilities to provide assistance with daily living activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting participants with attending appointments and social activities
  • Supporting with domestic tasks, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
  • Communicating with other support services on behalf of the participant
  • Promoting participant choice and positive routines

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support
  • Experience working with people with disabilities
  • A passion for bringing out the best in others through a positive approach
