Our organization is seeking a dedicated professional to assume the role of Warranty Specialist. This position requires exceptional technical knowledge, strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can support our engineering team, dealer network and sales department by liaising with dealerships regarding warranty parts and queries. The ideal candidate will have excellent mechanical aptitude, parts and product knowledge, as well as the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with dealership networks to facilitate timely warranty part dispatch.
  • Coordinate quality assurance parts testing to ensure high-quality products.
  • Transfer warranties from previous owners to new owners efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inbound phone queries regarding warranty claims and information.

Requirements:

  • Excellent mechanical aptitude, parts and product knowledge.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed PC skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
