About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
  • Build and lead a skilled centre team, promoting collaboration and high-quality practice.
  • Develop and implement effective quality improvement strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, document children's learning journeys, and support parents through regular communication.
