We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EducationaL Leader to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and inspire young minds in a vibrant and inclusive environment.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires you to lead engaging educational programs that meet the needs and interests of children and families. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Lead the development of educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children and families.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support educators to develop their practice and build confidence in program delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Nominated Supervisor and team to continuously improve service quality and outcomes for children.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role.
  • Knowledge: Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF, EYLF, and My Time Our Place.
  • Certifications: Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.
