**Job Description:**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Childcare Educator to lead our team in a childcare centre located near the beach. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the room, creating engaging educational programs, and providing guidance and support to junior staff members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), as well as excellent communication skills and a warm personality.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • ACECQA-approved Diploma
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Strong Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Strong Knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
