Data Quality Specialist

We are seeking a Data Quality Specialist to play a key part in the implementation of data operations by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

  • Develop source-to-target mappings, cleanse, and de-duplicate datasets, validate data fields and formats, and assist with test migrations and reconciliation activities.
  • Identify and resolve data issues in collaboration with business units, contribute to post-migration quality assurance, and help document data definitions, mapping rules, and validation processes.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality data capture, maintenance, and analysis across business units by monitoring data accuracy, cleansing records, upholding local data standards, and supporting system updates.
  • Support performance and operational reporting through data wrangling, collaborating on dashboard development, and contributing to the generation of internal data insights.

  • A relevant degree/qualification or substantial experience in data, systems, or analytics roles.

  • An advanced understanding and ability as an IT and electronic communications/reporting systems user.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems and a strong knowledge of data management tools, including data management, analysis, cleansing, quality control, and migration.
