Construction Project Co-ordinator



At Woolworths Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects across our portfolio, ensuring that they are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.




  • Coordinate and plan construction projects, liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring safety, time, cost, and quality objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders, including renewal managers, equipment project managers, construction and refit teams, contractors, and shopfitters.
  • Manage the financial position of projects, including cost reporting, forecasting, and variation management.
  • Oversee construction, attend construction meetings, finalise contracts, and arrange agreements between all parties.
  • Ensure site safety and resolve on-site issues, managing contractors and their activities.
  • Undertake timely project closeouts, conduct built quality inspections, and manage financial matters.


About You




  • Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Project Management in an end-to-end capacity.
  • Strong understanding of construction management methodology and principles.
  • Qualifications in Construction Management or a construction-based trade background are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel to regional locations for site meetings and inspections.
  • Construction industry white card and driver's license.
  • Experience in retail supermarket environments or quick-service retail is desirable.
  • Financial management experience, including SAP or similar, is desired.
