About the Role

Our People and Development team is seeking a full-time Co-ordinator to report to the People and Development Manager. This role will be an integral part of the team, providing generalist support to employees and partners.

This role will work closely with the Business Partnering team to support employee lifecycle activities such as on-boarding, secondments, reporting, and off-boarding. You will also be responsible for delivering timely advice in response to employee enquiries regarding leave, time recording, practising certificates, policies, procedures, and employment awards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration
  • Collaborate with the People Connect team to support employee queries
  • Maintain employee data and information in Workday
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis
  • Coordinate new starter orientation programs
  • Maintain practising certificates for NSW legal practitioners
  • Contribute to national projects such as Performance and Remuneration reviews
  • Update HR procedure documents
  • Apply professional knowledge and judgment to manage queries

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline (advantageous)
  • Experience in a Human Resource Coordinator or Administrator position (advantageous)
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Experience using a HRIS such as Workday (advantageous)
  • Proven abilities in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
