Event Coordinator Job

We are seeking an exceptional Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal player in the industry, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events that leave lasting impressions.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Provide administrative support to the head of event planning and event managers
  • Conduct research and generate reports
  • Manage administrative duties
  • Coordinate event logistics
  • Maximize revenue
  • Foster stakeholder communication
  • Cultivate a supportive work culture aligned with our five winning ways: do the right thing, show we care, aim higher, celebrate difference, and work better together

What We Need From You:

  • Proficiency in key performance indicators
  • Familiarity with profit and loss statements and budget management
  • Ability to interpret and utilize client survey scores effectively
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining 100% accuracy in databases
  • Experience with delphi/opera software is advantageous
  • Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration
  • Effective time management skills
  • Exceptional customer relations abilities
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in microsoft 365 and sharepoint

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in tourism or related field
  • One year's experience in a customer service or similar role
