Lead Event Specialist

We deliver exceptional events to our discerning guests at the National Convention Centre.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Event Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading your team on shift and delegating tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Event Services Department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead by example and maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
  • To train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • To identify and resolve any issues that may arise during events.
