About the Role

You'll be empowered to drive business growth, manage the full recruitment process, and contribute to a collaborative team environment that values innovation and progress.

Talented recruiters excel in sourcing and selecting top professionals who align with our clients' needs. You will leverage your expertise to develop targeted attraction campaigns and conduct interviews to build a strong network of qualified candidates.

We currently have opportunities on our Civil & Transport, Mechanical, and Control Systems speciality areas for experienced recruiters to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure optimal match with client requirements.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Maintain accurate records and adhere to industry standards.

Requirements

Proven track record in white-collar recruitment with a focus on engineering preferred.

Strong understanding of the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
