Maddison Engineering is a mining service provider that offers fixed/mobile maintenance, manufacturing and equipment rebuilds for mining clients across Australia. _

Recently we have moved to a brand new Workshop facility in High Wycombe and we are searching for a Recruitment Advisor to join our team.

This opportunity will partner with our workshop teams to provide advice on attracting, sourcing and onboarding the highest caliber talent to join our Perth team.

We are searching for a dynamic and vibrant personality who will provide a signature experience to all applicants. Communication will be key to the experience provided.

We are open to considering a Recruitment Administrator looking to take the next step into a recruiter role looking after their own portfolio.

**Main Duties**:

- End to End Recruitment of Blue Collar Trades into the business
- Manage the On-boarding process
- Accurate data entry for legal checks, mandatory compliance and refresher dates
- Conducting necessary background and legal checks
- Booking of Medicals, Training, Inductions and other relevant items
- Update Metrics and other measuring data
