As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in promoting our beverage portfolio and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing category management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth and achieve targets across your designated territory.
- Promote and upsell the soft-drink product range to existing and new customers.
- Execute territory coverage plans and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and product presentations.
- Implement category management initiatives including planograms and space-to-sales compliance.
- Manage refrigeration placement based on ROI and customer needs.
- Pre-sell and execute all national and state-based promotional activities.
- Sales Experience: Proven background in sales with a focus on results-driven performance.
- Self-Motivation: The ability to work autonomously and hit targets.
- Personable Approach: A friendly, approachable personality that resonates with clients and colleagues.
- Relationship Builder: Strong skills in cultivating and maintaining relationships.
- Multitasker: Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Valid Driver's License: A full driver's license is essential.
