Job Overview

Sanctuary Group is a leading provider of housing, care and community services. We employ around 13,000 people and manage more than 100,000 units of accommodation throughout England and Scotland.

This role involves clearing and deep cleaning of void properties, as well as maintenance of the grounds. You will also assist with general cleaning of buildings and ensure tools and equipment are kept in a usable condition.

The ideal candidate will have some practical experience in compliance testing, working knowledge of health and safety regulations, excellent time management skills and previous experience in a domestic/cleaning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Clearing and cleaning void properties
  • Cleaning blocks of flats
  • Removing bulk waste
  • Grass cutting and litter picking
  • Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
Skills and Qualifications
  • Practical experience in compliance testing
  • Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Previous experience in a domestic/cleaning environment
