Insurance Business Architect - Australia

We are seeking a seasoned Insurance Business Architect to join our team in Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to drive business transformation and lead the implementation of insurance solutions.

  1. Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Solution Design: Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain end-to-end understanding of business processes and their alignment with insurance solutions.
  • Requirements Analysis: Elicit and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process analysis. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for configuration and development teams.
  • Implementation and Governance: Guide and oversee the design, development, and configuration of insurance components. Define and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for insurance implementations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as primary point of contact between business teams and IT/technical teams. Provide technical advice and support to business users during the project lifecycle.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users and business teams on insurance functionalities.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance domain processes and Duck Creek implementation. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
