Role Description

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified professional Senior Business Architect, who has experience working across business operating models to align strategy to execution, as well as partnering with Business and Technology stakeholders. You will lead discovery, design and delivery of business and process architectures, support process re-engineering and improvement activities, and guide clients through transformation programs to improve value creation.

Role Description

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified professional Senior Business Architect, who has experience working across business operating models to align strategy to execution, as well as partnering with Business and Technology stakeholders. You will lead discovery, design and delivery of business and process architectures, support process re-engineering and improvement activities, and guide clients through transformation programs to improve value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop capability models, value stream and To Be operating models that align to client strategies and market conditions.
• Map organisation, process, data and system footprints to identify and address improvement opportunities.
• Establish business and/or process architecture approaches, methodologies and governance models, and lead implementation and enablement activities with clients.
• Scope and design improvement projects to identify, prioritise, deliver value-based outcomes using process improvement, automation and technology solutions.
• Share knowledge and coach teams to build skills and embed capabilities.
• Support tool-based governance, enablement and strategy for process and architecture capabilities.
• Support pre-sales and scoping activities as required.
• Support technology design, integration and AI initiative planning and change management as required.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Minimum of 7 years' experience with Business, Enterprise (Process) Architecture Framework(s) and their applications.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT or related disciplines. Relevant business architecture training and certifications (e.g., TOGAF, BizBOK) valued.
• Demonstrated experience in process modelling, standards, notations, architecture and governance.
• Demonstrable experience working alongside Senior (C-Level / Executive) stakeholders and their teams to define/implement operating models for large enterprise.
• Demonstrable experience partnering with Enterprise Architects and Technology teams to develop, deliver and maintain business capability models and end-to-end process models.
• Strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving and excellent written / oral communication skills are highly valued in this role, alongside the ability to thrive in a variety of engagement types and industries.
