Job DescriptionAs a Business Architect, you will be responsible for leading business and solution design for Duck Creek implementations across Policy, Billing, Claims, and Insights. You will translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications, define scalable architectures that balance immediate delivery with long-term flexibility, act as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical teams, drive consistency and governance through standards, guidelines, and best practices, support testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance activities, and deliver training and maintain solution documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 8+ years' experience in P&C insurance domain processes, with at least 5 years in implementation
- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek modules (Policy, Billing, Claims, Insights)
- Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Author, Rating, Forms, and platform capabilities
- Proven experience as a Business Architect or similar role in insurance technology
- Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, web services, middleware)
- Strong skills in data modelling, workflow design, and business process analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
