Store Leadership Position

About the Role
A successful candidate will have experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments and be passionate about learning about our products and growing with us. You will be social, enjoy chatting with people, and deliver an awesome customer experience. Hitting store goals and boosting sales gets you excited.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, including payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and ensuring everything remains well-organised and visually appealing in the store. Additionally, you will have an RSA certification or be willing to obtain one if you don't.
