Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team, providing top-notch technical support to our staff and students. As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st Line support for desktop, laptop, and application issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

  • Manage and resolve technical issues, including network faults and security problems, using your expertise in desktop and application support.

  • Ensure timely and accurate ticket logging and resolution, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Support new starters with equipment setup and provisioning, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Maintain asset records and assist with IT documentation and knowledge base updates, ensuring our IT systems are up-to-date and compliant.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in providing technical service desk and help desk analyst support, with a strong background in desktop and application support.

  • Good working knowledge of End User IT technology, including PC/Desktop support and LAN.

  • Excellent customer service skills, proven customer-focused desktop services capability, and a strong ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Exposure across Microsoft & Apple platforms, Audio Visual, managing printer fleets, and associated technologies.
