Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team, providing top-notch technical support to our staff and students. As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st Line support for desktop, laptop, and application issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Manage and resolve technical issues, including network faults and security problems, using your expertise in desktop and application support.
Ensure timely and accurate ticket logging and resolution, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Support new starters with equipment setup and provisioning, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Maintain asset records and assist with IT documentation and knowledge base updates, ensuring our IT systems are up-to-date and compliant.
Requirements
2+ years' experience in providing technical service desk and help desk analyst support, with a strong background in desktop and application support.
Good working knowledge of End User IT technology, including PC/Desktop support and LAN.
Excellent customer service skills, proven customer-focused desktop services capability, and a strong ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Exposure across Microsoft & Apple platforms, Audio Visual, managing printer fleets, and associated technologies.
