As a process operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of processing plants and infrastructure. Your skills and experience will be essential in meeting production targets and maintaining high-quality output.

Our company is committed to providing training and up-skilling opportunities to develop new skills and multi-task across all process operator duties in our mineral separating plant (MSP) or wet concentration plant (WCP). This includes working under supervision, contributing to production and operations, and undertaking workplace inspections and audits.

As a site-based role at our Coburn, Shark Bay plant, you will work on a 2:1 roster from the Gascoyne region or FIFO from Perth. We offer a dynamic and responsive team environment that celebrates success and supports development and growth.

We are looking for individuals with demonstrated process operator experience at a minerals processing plant, prior experience in plant commissioning and/or ramp up desirable, Permit-to-work and plant isolation procedures experience desirable, Driver's license essential, Cert III in Process Plant Operations desirable, FEL Operator ticket, Forklift ticket, Working from Heights / Confined Space certified.
