Minerals Processing Operations Manager

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations in the outload area of our fixed plant, consisting of crushing, wet plant and train loading.
This exciting opportunity offers a highly sought-after lifestyle roster of 7 days on, 7 nights on, and 14 days off, giving you the perfect balance between work and personal time.
You will be responsible for supervising work groups to ensure activities on operational plan are carried out in accordance with business directives.
In this role, you will provide leadership in continual improvement of processes, procedures and unplanned requirements.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining effective working relationships internally and with other departments and stakeholders, monitoring and recording all aspects of safety, production and cost, and regular attendance of work management meetings.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Supervisor or Leader in a minerals processing plant or related industry, with demonstrated ability of managing priorities and leading high performing teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
