About the Role

The Spa Host is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients, ensuring they feel relaxed, special and cared for throughout their experience with us.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Manage the reception area, answer phone calls, take reservations, manage appointment availability, confirm bookings and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Treatment Room Preparation: Ensure treatment rooms are set up and maintained to the highest standard, including preparation of equipment, folding towels and robes, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Administration Support: Provide administrative support to the Spa Manager and Spa Therapists, including managing lost property, stock control, and general back-of-house duties.
  • Product Promotion: Promote One Spa products and services to guests and clients, increasing sales and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: Day spa/beauty reception experience in a 4/5 hotel/resort or similar environment is essential for this role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver superior quality customer service, both verbally and written.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to be organised, multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Teamwork: Reliable and able to work in an effective and supportive team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
