Customer Experience Ambassador

As a key contributor to the success of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our guests and residents. Your role will involve being the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
The Role- Operate the concierge desk, managing inventory and adhering to established protocols
- Deliver personalized service that meets the high standards of luxury hospitality
- Provide warm welcomes, assist with parking, luggage storage, delivery, and retrieval
- Anticipate and meet guest needs, offering enhanced services as required
- Respond promptly to inquiries and issues, maintaining a positive experience and upholding excellent service quality
- Previous experience in a similar guest service/concierge position in a high-end environment is essential
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role

Qualifications- A valid Australian driver's license is required
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
