Monitoring and Evaluation Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation plans for our initiatives.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation Strategy that aligns with our organisational goals.
  • Facilitate the sharing and translation of organisational learnings from Monitoring and Evaluation activities.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of Monitoring and Evaluation foundational policies, processes, frameworks, and tools.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in public/population health, psychology, medical research and/or evaluation, implementation science or a related health discipline.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering research and/or evaluation projects in relation to health problems.
  • Skilled project management expertise, particularly in Monitoring and/or Evaluation end-to-end project management.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with health professionals or in oncology/cancer (particularly prostate cancer) and/or mental health would be highly regarded.
  • Experience commissioning external consultants or working within a team environment.
