Job Title: Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Specialist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with patients receiving CAR-T Cell therapy, providing comprehensive nursing care that is tailored to their individual needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care possible.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan nursing care for patients receiving CAR-T Cell therapy.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and respectful relationships among colleagues.
Key Requirements:
  • A current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday.
  • Experience in CAR-T Cell Therapy is highly desirable but not essential.
