Our client's Information Management (IM) Program requires the services of a **Program Master Scheduler** who will support the program in developing, monitoring and maintaining an integrated program schedule incorporating project and change schedules. The role will perform critical path analysis, identify key risks, issues and dependencies, provide dashboard reporting as well as expert advice and guidance.

This is an initial 12-month contract starting ASAP with 2 x 12-month extension options, based in Carseldine.

**This role will perform schedule management activities and has the following outcomes/accountabilities**:

- Develop and maintain a master schedule for the IM program as well as fit for purpose standards and guidelines.
- Be responsible for consistency of project planning, setup and tracking across projects, developing a regular cadence for maintenance and reporting.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project schedules for integration into the master program schedule.
- Collaborate with the Change and Adoption team to integrate the comprehensive change schedule into the master program schedule.
- Ensure schedule development supports business case development, delivery and vendor requirements, a transformative change agenda, external assurance, governance, and stage gate management.
- Undertake critical path analysis and identify dependencies, monitor various progress indicators against baselines.
- Analyse progress, identify problem areas, and establish current position and forecasting trends.
- Provide regular reporting, highlighting key risks and issues affecting program execution and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Initiate and facilitate planning workshops as required.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Experience operating within large and complex ICT programs of work with a strong business transformation component.
- Understanding of Project Governance/Assurance/Gating processes in a program context.
- At least 7 years' experience as a Program Scheduler.
- Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule from multiple projects and vendors and defining critical path.
- Knowledge of and experience with software development lifecycles, water fall and agile delivery methodologies.
- Foundation level PRINCE2 certification and applied experience in ICT projects.
- Experience in using project scheduling tools, MS Project Online/Professional, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members.

Previous experience working on IM programs or projects, as well as Qld State Government experience is highly desirable.

The position may be required to undertake on-call activities, additional hours or outside of business hours.
