About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Partner to join our team in Townsville. As a Sales Business Partner, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our valued customers and identifying opportunities for growth and service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted call cycles and account strategies aligned to business objectives, individual customer requirements, and market conditions
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and deliver an exceptional service level
- Ensure effective price management for accounts
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Account management experience within a business-to-business environment
- An ability to understand customer requirements and create attractive product and service solutions
- Demonstrated aptitude to monitor customer and market conditions and address any opportunities
- Competency in using CRM or similar computer systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
