  • As the successful candidate, you will work alongside experienced delivery and pre-construction teams, providing support with cost reporting, forecasting, and procurement.

  • Key responsibilities include preparing subcontractor and supplier packages, assisting with progress claims and variations, and ensuring contract compliance.

  • You will also provide estimating support, helping to prepare tender submissions and scope reviews.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in a CA or dual CA/Estimating role, with a background in commercial construction.

They must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Proficiency in estimating and project software such as Buildsoft and Procore is essential.

  • Responsibilities:
