Hr Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hr Systems Manager to lead our Shared Services department in providing efficient HR services across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, end-user centric HR information service, ensuring quality assurance processes are in place.

  • Lead the delivery of an efficient HR information service
  • Communicate with key stakeholders on changes to HR processes and practices
  • Oversee access management of Kronos, CHRIS21, Mercury and other HR systems
  • Mentor and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Highly developed leadership skills and ability to build effective teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including communication at all levels of the organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with sound technical understanding of CHRIS21/Kronos
  • Strong project management skills
  • An understanding of general Human Resources issues and employment related legislation
  • Ability to develop and maintain processes relevant to HR Systems and Employment
