Join us in creating exceptional guest experiences as a key ambassador of our organisation.

Key responsibilities :

  • Act as the first point of contact for all external visitors and members, providing a warm welcome and professional service at all times.
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring seamless coverage and ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Direct visitors to the mailroom, Members Lounge, and conference areas, ensuring they receive accurate information and assistance.
  • Assist with basic inquiries and provide information on events and seminars, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Support the Facilities team with maintenance contractors and garage access, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively across departments.
