Guest Service Ambassador Job Description

This role is an excellent opportunity to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service experiences. As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay with us.

  2. Be the face of our hotel and warmly welcome all guests.">
  3. Champion our products and services, as well as local attractions and events – be the go-to person to provide recommendations and assist with general enquiries.">
  4. Ensure the smooth delivery of authentic service while handling any concerns.">
  5. Build and strengthen relationships with new guests and brand advocates to secure returning stays.">
  6. Effectively communicate and liaise with all departments to ensure the comfort, security and safety of our guests, as well as their enjoyment during their stay.">
Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Monitor public areas to ensure our standards are maintained.">
  • Organize luggage storage and delivery.">
  • Assist with Front Desk check-ins, check-outs and telephone duties when necessary.">
Requirements:">
  • ">
  • Previous experience in customer service.">
  • Similar experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is advantageous.">
  • A warm, people-orientated demeanour.">
  • Knowledge of the local area including transport and attractions.">
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.">
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.">
  • Full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.">
