Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Hotel Porter, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering exceptional customer experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, addressing their requests and inquiries efficiently.

Additionally, you will provide clear directions within the hotel and share valuable information about the surrounding areas to enhance our guests' experience.

Efficiently handling, storing, and delivering luggage to guest rooms is also a key responsibility.

Furthermore, you will valet park and retrieve guests' vehicles with precision and care, maintaining our parking facilities to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and a polished appearance that reflects our high standards.
  • A solid knowledge of the local area and upcoming events to effectively assist guests.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude that enhances the guest experience.
  • A valid Australian driver's license to facilitate vehicle handling.
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, adapting to the needs of our guests and the hotel.
