Job Opportunity:

Human Resources Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Project Management, and relevant experience in managing HRIS and payroll systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team through technology and process changes;
  • Deliver efficiency and excellence in human resources management;
  • Provide senior-level advice on human resources issues including payroll, superannuation, salary packaging, and employee entitlements;
  • Build effective relationships and manage stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Project Management;
  • Extensive experience in human resources management;
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Demonstrated high levels of verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
