Production Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for championing safety and quality, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and overseeing new equipment installations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing leadership, with experience in timber manufacturing knowledge being an advantage. They will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, make smart decisions, and get things done.
