We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Marsden Park. As a key member of our Digital Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing end-to-end loyalty program strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies for the loyalty program, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and execute loyalty program campaigns across all digital marketing channels, working closely with the Loyalty Specialist.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Develop engaging content for digital channels, including email, social media, and the web, to promote the loyalty program effectively.
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors as required for various loyalty marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for loyalty program growth.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are in line with brand guidelines and comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing and loyalty for B2C, ideally in the retail space.
  • Experience in briefing and managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media channels.
  • Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skillset, as well as familiarity with Google Analytics and digital reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and a proven capacity to work well under pressure.
