  • This role drives the service business by providing high-quality support and assistance to customers.
  • You will be responsible for determining repair and maintenance needs, collaborating with Sales and Service Managers, and spearheading retail growth within your area.
  • Your primary goal is to meet customer expectations by quoting and booking service and repair work, liaising with Field Service and Workshop personnel, and maintaining communication with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Determine repair and maintenance needs through visits to customers.
  2. Collaborate with Sales and Service Managers to offer a unified total solution approach.
  3. Spearhead retail growth within the area by offering fixed price servicing arrangements.
  4. Quote and book service and repair work for customers.
  5. Liaise with Field Service and Workshop personnel to meet customer expectations.
  6. Maintain communication with internal and external customers.

Required Skills and Experience:

">
  • Motor mechanics trade qualification or similar.
  • Previous experience in sales/service with direct customer contact is mandatory.
  • Experience with Construction equipment preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload.
  • Intermediate computer literacy and experience with ERP systems.
