- Manage budgets & food costs ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.">
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards and best practices.">
- Work collaboratively with other department heads to enhance the overall guest experience.">
What We're Looking For
">Extensive hands-on experience in kitchen operations, including restaurants and function catering.
">A creative and innovative approach to menu planning and food presentation.
">Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
">Strong financial acumen, with experience in cost control & budgeting.
">Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
">Foode Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain.
">A current driver's license and personal car are essential living in a remote location.
