Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences. You will be responsible for providing impeccable hospitality services, ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations, and working closely with various teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide and replenish refreshments, catering, tea/coffee orders, and ensure comfort during long/all-day meetings.
  • Manage the inbox, handle urgent queries, and provide reception cover in the absence of colleagues.
  • Arrange furniture, catering, AV/sound checks, and conference facilities for meetings and events.
  • Support staff and guests with IT/AV needs, such as connecting presentations, liaising with IT, and resolving technical issues.
  • Monitor and report issues related to cleaning, equipment faults, furniture damage, reset rooms after use, and maintain visitor desks.
  • Keep shared spaces clean and functional, restock supplies, and perform routine equipment cleaning.
  • Order, restock, and manage inventory for stationery, kitchen, cleaning supplies, and process related invoices.
  • Support the Office Operations Manager with building management liaison, security procedures, procedure manuals, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of proven working experience in a customer service role.
  • Corporate boardroom hospitality experience is highly regarded.
  • Barista license (desired).
  • RSA (desired).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Resourcefulness and proactivity in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and weekends for special program events.
