English Language Training Specialist

Chisholm Institute seeks a highly qualified English language trainer to deliver high-quality training to adult migrants and refugees.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective education practices that foster learning engagement.
- Ensure teaching materials meet regulatory requirements and standards.
- Maintain a positive learning environment, encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learning.
- Adapt learning materials to cater to diverse students, environments, facilities, and resources.
- Contribute to administrative, coordination, and learning services activities related to the taught areas.
- Assist in establishing, maintaining, and reviewing teaching programs.
A 3-year Australian undergraduate degree or equivalent, a postgraduate TESOL qualification in adult education, and relevant professional registration are essential. A record of vocational competency and current industry knowledge is also required.
