The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree, Post Graduate Qualifications
- TESOL qualifications
- Extensive relevant experience in English Language Training programs
- Experience in leadership and management of English Language Training (ELT) programs in a university ELICOS setting
- Experience in developing, teaching and evaluating English for Academic Purposes, English for Specific Purposes and General English courses
- Demonstrated awareness of the pathway options and issues related to international students undertaking direct entry English language pathway programs
- Experience in International context marketing and business development
